15 Day Camping Limit: no person shall camp for more than a total of fifteen nights during any thirty-day period at any one recreation area. Using multiple accounts to circumvent this rule will result in an immediate cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change your arrival/departure date and/or site, you must log into your reservation account to process the cancellation prior to 4 pm the day before your arrival date. A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed per reservation, and deducted from your refund amount. $8 reservation fee is non-refundable.  Cancellations can be made online. This service is available 7 days a week, 24/7.

Last Minute Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation after 4 pm the day before your arrival date you must call us at (209)525-6750. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $10, and the first night’s campsite fee will be forfeited.

Early Out: If you must leave the park one or more days early, a cancellation fee of $10 will be deducted from any refund. You must check out before 2 pm Retain your camping confirmation letter until you have received your refund or your charge card has been credited. Allow at least 30 days to receive your refund.

Change Policy:  If you need to change your arrival/departure date, park, and/or campsite, you must log in to your reservation account and process the change before 4pm the day before your begin date. Visitors will be charged a $10 change fee per reserved campsite for a change in dates, sites, parks, extending or shortening stay requests.

Emergency Closures: If Stanislaus County Parks and Recreation closes a campground due to an emergency or disaster, we will make every effort to notify you. In these cases, all fees will be refunded as soon as possible.

 

Reservation Fees: Reservation fees are non-refundable

In cases of inclement weather, when the campground remains open, but you choose to leave, refunds will be issued based on the early out policy.

How to Request a Refund Outside of Policies

 As a further measure to protect the health, safety and welfare of person using a recreation area, any person violating a provision of Stanislaus County, California County Code Title 18, or, while in a recreation area, any provision of state law, may be ordered, by an officer or employee authorized to enforce the provisions of this title, to leave all or part of a recreation area and not to re-enter such area for any period up to twenty-four hours. Any person ordered to leave a recreation area pursuant to this section shall not be entitled to a refund of any park user fees. Failure to obey such order shall be a misdemeanor. (Ord.
